After the training session, health workers engaged in role-play based on real field cases using the FGD method to build their readiness in handling community challenges with confidence and calmness.
What they say?
I truly appreciate the valuable insights shared, especially about managing Supplementary Feeding (PMT). Previously, we only provided guava juice without proper handling for Supplementary Feeding (PMT), which caused it to spoil in the sun before reaching the beneficiaries. Now, we understand from that offering fresh-cut fruit is much better for beneficiaries and I hope this knowledge can educate parents and also communities (health workers).
Sumiyani – Desa Sumberpucung
I’m grateful to the health center (puskesmas) for inviting us to this valuable training on Supplementary Feeding (PMT) and effective communication. I look forward to future opportunities to learn more and improve our skills.
