Internal Program Information: Beasiswa JAPFA untuk Anak Negeri  

In the spirit of building an excellent and high-achieving generation, PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk, in collaboration with Edufarmers, proudly presents the Beasiswa JAPFA untuk Anak Negeri. This program is a tangible form of JAPFA’s commitment to supporting the welfare of employees' families and contributing to the field of education.  

The scholarship is designed to support the children of JAPFA employees—both permanent and contract workers—who are currently studying at the high school (SMA/SMK) or university level. This support is not only awarded to those who excel academically but also to students who are active in non-academic activities such as organizations, competitions, internships, or social initiatives.  

JAPFA believes that access to quality education must be within reach for all, especially families who have long been part of the company's journey.  

Therefore, this program prioritizes employees who have served for a minimum of 3 years and who require substantial financial support for their children’s education.  

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements  

Employee Criteria:  

• Minimum of 3 years of service.  

• Employee grade: 1A, 1B, or 1C.  

• Good performance score in the past year.  

Child Criteria:  

• Legal child of an active JAPFA business unit employee.  

• Currently enrolled in SMA/SMK (high school/vocational school) or university.  

• Minimum average score of 75 (SMA/SMK) or GPA ≥ 3.00 (university).  

• Active in non-academic activities.  

• No record of violations.  

• Must not be a recipient of another scholarship.

1. Prepare all required documents (PDF scanned files).

3. Fill in the application form completely and accurately.  
4. Upload all required documents as specified.  
5. Answer the essay questions in the form.  
6. Submit the form, then check your email for confirmation.  

Mechanism for Distributing Scholarship Funds 

This scholarship provides educational assistance funds transferred directly to the student’s bank account every semester.   

Program Timeline  

• Registration: July 2 – 31, 2025  

• Selection & Verification: July 20 – August 15, 2025  

• Announcement: August 25 – 29, 2025  

• Fund Distribution: September 2025  

• Monitoring & Reporting: December 2025  

Ongoing Monitoring and Evaluation  

To ensure commitment and sustainability of the program, all scholarship recipients are required to report their academic progress and proof of continuing education every 6 months. The scholarship may be revoked if the student fails to meet the minimum academic requirements for two consecutive semesters or commits a serious violation.
