Empowering Millenial Farmers, Minister of Agriculture Receives Appreciation from Edufarmers

The Ministry of Agriculture is hosting the 2nd batch of Millennial Farmer Meetings as a form of millennial farmer empowerment. This annual event is held on 6–8 October in the form of discussion forums, talk shows, agricultural product exhibitions, technology degrees, and business matching with over 850 people from Sulawesi region, Maluku, North Maluku, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, Papua, and West Papua. 

This event also comprised the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Agriculture and financial organizations such as Bank BCA, BNI, Eratani, and others that will provide access to support funding, loans, and capital to Millennial farmers assisted by the Ministry of Agriculture. 

Edufarmers also had the opportunity to extend gratitude and appreciation to Minister of Agriculture Prof. Dr. Syahrul Yasin Limpo, who has worked persistently to empower Indonesia's millennial farmers. 

"I hope that this event helps millennial farmers face the challenges of a potential food catastrophe in the future. To ensure national food security, Millennial farmers must be in the forefront " remarked the Minister of Agriculture, encouraging Millennial farmers and all invited guests present.
