THRIVE (Train Her to Promote Resilient, Inclusive Value Chains and Economic Empowerment)

Together with Grow Asia, PRISMA, Corteva Agriscience, and Save The Children Indonesia, Edufarmers helped women farmers be wiser in managing their finances and rice and corn yields. The program improved the management capabilities of women farmers in farming and entrepreneurship so that they could increase their influence as "consultants" in farming families or farm households.

The women's farmer community also responded positively to the program. As evidence, the program has succeeded in increasing its impact on 338 farmers in 44 counties and 6 provinces, and 50 to 70% of the women farmers' knowledge was improved.
